I think it's a great idea and something I'd like to do for my blossoming family. Also, your dessert entry got me thinking about this fabulous Sunset dessert I've made several times this past year. It's fairly easy to make and has always impressed the recipients. I recommend dropping the lemon juice amount to 2 tbsps. The 3 tbsp amount leaves it a little too lemony for my tastes.
